My story…

In 2021, I began sharing pieces of my life that I had once kept buried in deep shame. To my surprise, those truths resonated with people all around the world. What I discovered is that when we speak our authentic stories — the good, the bad, and the messy — we create space for others to feel less alone.

Through storytelling, I found profound healing. I’ve witnessed people transform their bodies, minds, and hearts simply by releasing the stories that no longer serve them. It’s like excavating the essence of who we truly are — uncovering what lies beneath fear, conditioning, and all the protective layers we’ve built around ourselves.

Today, my deepest calling is to hold space for others to do the same. To guide you as you uncover your truth, find the medicine in your story, and share it in a way that brings both healing and freedom.
